This wonderful family purchased a classic New England Colonial that checked most of their boxes, except for an impossibly tiny kitchen and a crowded primary suite. We worked with them to master plan a phased project that allowed them to live through a major renovation and small addition that garnered them a classic chef’s kitchen, handy scullery, understated bar, and a new mudroom, on top of a modern primary suite with a luxurious bath.
