This complete renovation of a 100-year-old Larchmont home transformed a beautiful but outdated layout into a space perfectly suited for modern family life. We completely renovated the kitchen and reconfigured the existing floor plan, adding a new entry mudroom, family room, office, and powder room on the main floor. Upstairs, we created a full bathroom and bedroom with a charming hidden attic play space.

The design honors the home's historic character while incorporating contemporary functionality. Clean lines, timeless materials, and thoughtful space planning create rooms that are both beautiful and practical.
